brown the butter &
then cook the peaches in the
same pan with sugar
6 sliced peaches+1/2 c brown sugar+3 T lemon juice; 1 stick browned butter, 1.5 c flour, 1 c sugar, 1 T powder, 1 t sea salt, splash vanilla, 1 c heavy cream
simmer peach mixture 3 minutes, add all but cream; place in oiled baking dish, top with cream; 350 F, 75 minutes
