1 stick soft butter, 2 sliced peaches, 1 c sugar, zest+juice of 1 lemon, 2 eggs, 2 c whole milk ricotta, 1 t vanilla, pinch salt, 1.5 c flour, 1.5 t powder, 1/2 t soda

mix all but 1 peach, pour into parchment-lined baking dish, top with 1 peach+more sugar; 350 F, 1 hour
