1/4 c melted butter, 2 c flour, 1 2/3 c sugar, 1 t salt, 1 t powder, 1/2 t soda, 2/3 c milk, 2/3 c olive oil, 3 eggs, 1/3 c grand marnier, zest & juice of 1 lemon, orange, grapefruit
mix, bake in buttered pie dish, 350 F, 55 minutes
