2 c flour, 1 c sugar, 1 c cocoa, 2 c tea, 1 c canola oil, 1 T powder, 1 T vanilla, 1 t salt, 1 c chopped pecans, 1 c chocolate chips

mix, pour into oiled tins; air fry 375 F with 1 T canola oil, 16 minutes; top with powdered sugar
