cocoa banana sourdough breakfast cookies

microwave frozen

sliced bananas until they

are steaming a bit

5 c sliced bananas, 1 c wheat chef, 6 packets stevia, 1 t kosher salt, 1/2 t powder, 1 T vanilla, 1/2 c cocoa, 2 c white whole wheat flour

mix until bananas start to fall apart, spoon onto silpat-covered stones, 375 F, 20 minutes
